With over a decade of experience across banking, private wealth, and corporate advisory, Bala has worked with leading institutions including Commercial Bank of Dubai, Seguro Private Wealth, and global insurance and financial services groups. Over the course of his career, he has advised hundreds of individual and corporate clients, managing complex onboarding, structuring, compliance, and long-term relationship portfolios.

Bala has led and built teams of dozen relationship managers, overseen multi-million client books, and consistently ranked among top performers in premium sourcing, cross-selling, and client retention. His background spans wealth structuring, risk assessment, governance, and cross-border administration grounded in a deep understanding of both regional and international regulatory frameworks.

He founded BMS to address a growing gap in the market: the need for a more holistic, relationship-driven alternative to traditional corporate service providers. Operating as a virtual family office, BMS brings together corporate services, licensing, financial coordination, and long-term administrative support under one trusted partner.

With over 8 years of experience in finance and operations, Hamlet has held roles across multinational institutions, including Standard Chartered and Henkel France, where he worked within enterprise-grade financial, credit, and reporting environments. His background combines institutional rigor with hands-on operational leadership.

Prior to joining BMS, Hamlet served as Chief Financial Officer for a multi-family office structure, leading financial management, reporting, forecasting, and operational oversight across multiple companies and portfolios. His experience spans cross-border structures, complex entity setups, and ongoing financial governance.

At BMS, Hamlet brings disciplined execution and financial clarity to complex corporate and personal affairs—ensuring the level of precision, discretion, and reliability expected of a modern virtual family office.

Sureshkumar Gurusamy is Senior Manager – Accounts at BMS, responsible for financial governance, tax compliance, and reporting across the firm’s corporate and private client structures.

With over seven years of experience in the UAE financial and regulatory environment, Suresh brings deep expertise in accounting, VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, and financial control for multi-entity businesses. His work is grounded in accuracy, regulatory discipline, and a strong understanding of local compliance frameworks.

At BMS, Suresh oversees end-to-end accounting operations, tax registrations and filings, Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) coordination, and ongoing financial compliance across client structures.

Suresh applies institutional rigor to financial governance, supporting clients with reliable oversight, disciplined controls, and long-term financial clarity.
